Overview:

This is an interactive, scenario-based eLearning experience developed in Articulate Storyline, where learners take on the role of a loan expert reviewing real-world audit issues. Players receive simulated emails with questions about HOA fees and undisclosed debts, and must select the most compliant course of action to move the file forward.

Learners must analyze documentation, identify red flags, and make judgment calls—all while progressing through a visually engaging storyline that mirrors actual processing and underwriting scenarios.
